1. Opt-In Method Description

Customers/users provide consent to receive messages from Talgrace Marketing & Media through their account setup on the GameDay system (https://gameday.loucsaa.net).

  • During account creation, users voluntarily provide their phone number in their GameDay profile.

  • By adding a valid mobile number, users agree to receive SMS notifications related to their account activity, scheduling, reminders, and updates.

  • No unsolicited numbers are added — the system only sends notifications to numbers explicitly entered by users themselves.


2. Example Opt-In Language Presented to Users

The following language is presented to customers when they provide their phone number in GameDay:

“By adding your phone number to your GameDay account, you consent to receive text message notifications related to your account and activities. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or remove your phone number from your GameDay account settings.”


3. Opt-In Evidence

4. Opt-Out Instructions

Both methods are immediately effective and respected without delay.


5. Compliance Statement

Talgrace Marketing & Media only sends SMS messages to users who have voluntarily provided their phone number within the GameDay system. We maintain records of all account creation events, phone number entries, and opt-out requests. All messages comply with CTIA and Twilio toll-free messaging policies.
